Kolang - Kaling Ice





What you need:
1. Kolang-kaling fruit
2. Jelly
3. Syrup
4. Water
5. Ice cubes

How to make it:
1.Cook the kolang-kaling fruit and add water. You can also add syrup (here i use coco pandan syrup). At first, the colour is white. Cook it until the water dry. Here's the result:

2. Cut the jelly (you can make the jelly by yourself, but here i use the instant one)


3. Then put the fruit and jelly into the glass.

4. Add the syrup (i use lychee flavour here) and water.




5. Stir it and it's ready to be served! (:
