Chicken Nugget


Ingredients:
1. 500 gram minced chicken
2. 2 eggs
3. pepper (half teaspoon)
4. sugar (1 tablespoon)
5. salt (1 teaspoon)
6. milk (100 ml)
7. fried chicken flour (100 gr)
8. 2 white eggs
9. pulverize rice

How to make it:
1. Put the minced chicken, eggs, sugar and salt into a pot then mix it.




2. Add the milk and mix it again.



3. Now add the fried chicken flour into the mixture.



4. Mix it until the dough become like this:



5. Prepare a place to put the dough, cover it with butter first and put the dough in.


6. Steam the dough for about 20 minutes.




7. After the dough is steamed, chill it for a few minutes and cut it into pieces.


8. Prepare the pulverize rice & white eggs.
9. First dip the meat into the white egg, then dip it into the pulverize rice.





10. You can fry it after you dip it to the pulverize rice or keep it in the fridge for a while.




11. Fry it until it's brown in colour and the chicken nugget is ready to be served.
