Chicken Stew






Ingredients:
1. Chicken
2. Potato
3. Blended Onion & Garlic
4. Soy Sauce
5. Salt, pepper, vetsin
6. Water

How to make this:
1. Peel the potato and clean it. Then cut it into pieces.
 

2. Blend the onion and garlic.

3. Cook the chicken but only until it's half cooked.



 4. Put the blended onion & garlic into the frying pan.




5. Then add the chicken & potato.



 6. Add the soy sauce, salt, pepper and vetsin.

7. Add water and let it for a few minutes until it's cook.
8. Put some fried onion above it.




AND FINALLY, IT'S READY TO BE SERVED! (:

Kolang - Kaling Ice





What you need:
1. Kolang-kaling fruit
2. Jelly
3. Syrup
4. Water
5. Ice cubes

How to make it:
1.Cook the kolang-kaling fruit and add water. You can also add syrup (here i use coco pandan syrup). At first, the colour is white. Cook it until the water dry. Here's the result:

2. Cut the jelly (you can make the jelly by yourself, but here i use the instant one)


3. Then put the fruit and jelly into the glass.

4. Add the syrup (i use lychee flavour here) and water.




5. Stir it and it's ready to be served! (:

Chicken Nugget


Ingredients:
1. 500 gram minced chicken
2. 2 eggs
3. pepper (half teaspoon)
4. sugar (1 tablespoon)
5. salt (1 teaspoon)
6. milk (100 ml)
7. fried chicken flour (100 gr)
8. 2 white eggs
9. pulverize rice

How to make it:
1. Put the minced chicken, eggs, sugar and salt into a pot then mix it.




2. Add the milk and mix it again.



3. Now add the fried chicken flour into the mixture.



4. Mix it until the dough become like this:



5. Prepare a place to put the dough, cover it with butter first and put the dough in.


6. Steam the dough for about 20 minutes.




7. After the dough is steamed, chill it for a few minutes and cut it into pieces.


8. Prepare the pulverize rice & white eggs.
9. First dip the meat into the white egg, then dip it into the pulverize rice.





10. You can fry it after you dip it to the pulverize rice or keep it in the fridge for a while.




11. Fry it until it's brown in colour and the chicken nugget is ready to be served.

Corn Cream Soup


Ingredients:
1. Corn
2. Milk
3. Water
4. Chicken Broth (kaldu ayam)
5. Chicken meat
6. Salt, pepper
7. Flour (tepung kanji)

How to make it:
1. Steam the fresh corn





2. After the corn is steamed, put it into the blender.



3. Blend the corn until it's smooth. The result will be like this:

4.  Then put the blended corn into a pot and add some water.
5. Pour milk to the pot and stir it.




6. Add the chicken meat, salt & pepper into the pot.


6. While waiting for the soup to boil, mix the flour with water first.
7. After the soup boil, add the mixture of flour and water into it.



8. Then stir the soup and put some onion on it and the cream soup is done!

You can serve this with the Homemade Corn Ice, this food is also healthy! ;)

Homemade Corn Ice

This is the second recipe! xD it's simpler than the first one *for me* but this taste awesome!


What you need:
1. Fresh Corn
2. Condensed Milk (susu kental manis)
3. Ice
4. Water

How to make this:
1. First steam the fresh corn first (you can also use canned corn)


 2. After the corn is steamed, put it into the blender.


3. Add condensed milk & ice cube to the blender.

4. Blend it until it's smooth.

After it is blended, pour it into a glass & your Homemade Corn Ice is there! (:

So, it's simple right? It's also healthy because it's made from fresh corn (: you can make this in a short time and it's healthy so this is a SIMPLE & HEALTHY drink. it's also fresh xD

Vanilla Milkshake

So, here comes the first recipe! It's just simple to make this drink & you can try this at home (:


This is what you need:
1. Vanilla ice cream (2 cups)
2. Milk (1 glass)
3. Sugar (4 teaspoon)
4. Ice

How to make it:
1. Put the vanilla ice cream & ice into the blender.

2. Add 4 teaspoons sugar into the blender

3. Add a glass of milk into the blender too.


4. Blend it for maybe 2 minutes and it's ready to be served! (:

So, this is the result:
